  1. looking for identity says:

What is Bhanu Jayanti?? Why should Bhutanese celebrate that day? Are we not mixing cultural identity amongst our neighbour. He is indeed a great poet and literaure icon of Nepali Literature , i still remember his poem.
But it isnt necessary to pledge national importance to any of the poets or writers. Why don’t we celebrate Einstein’s Jayanti, Shakespeare Jayanti?
Nepali is like anyother language and dialect in History.

Lets not not confuse ourselves between culture , History and Identities.
Our identities are our assests, let us not borrow any other concuction and make it a absurd unidentified recepie.

We have History thats why we have present, we have identities thats how we are Bhutanese, We have culture thats why we are ourselves.
Let us sing the prasie of our own generation, not any borrowed generations because its becomes ours what we had. It is farmore saddening if such celebrations are politically motivated by the politicians to familarize their own underlying motives.

Note: Not intended to hurt any seniments of any individual or group. If so, this is purely coincidental. I beg to seek forgiveness.
