Every one needs to be quite on the matter unless concerned authority reacts. In such matter….criminals will be delt properly .. things will get settle … every thing will be done positevly. Be patient but we have to watch the authority.

Not only the monarath khanal but DP Pradhan from Beldangi-I and Manoj Rai from Khudunabari did so already.

apfanews.com in my opinion may need to review on managing its comment column (as this)because this otherwise a democratic exercise to have public voice and opinion is gradually providing a platform to share not only intellectual feedbacks but also to exchange insult,griviences,allegation and character assasination.These characteristics copied from nepalese media, nurtured in the camps’ environment is steadily gaining fertile ground in USA, Austarlia and Europe.
I have heard of Manorath ji but i do not know him personally.i have read news and comments about non bhutanese preparing to settle as a refugee somewhere in usa.Here,it is the Nepal govt. that decides who to qualify for resettlement and NOT you and I. Next,if nepal govt.recommends some body as refugee,the UNHCR has to accept that coz it is the international norms.Similarly, IOM got to accept the person forwarded by UNHCR.So far, to my limited knowledge, I have not heard or seen a camp secretary or sector head given any legal position to approve or reject a person seeking refugee status.Next, a camp secretary or any refugee person on camp administration is to monitor about ration distribution,bamboo allocation,settle minor clashes and conflicts, and maintain/update simple demographic data.Now,how do we refugee claim that we have a voice to say who is a genuine refugee or not?We were Bhutanese upto the early 1990s before leaving Bhutan. Now we CLAIM on our own that we are BHUTANESE.How many of us have current legal bhutanese passport,or any document of proving recent Bhutanese nationality?So,let us either learn to respect each others’dignity or forget each other for good.Also, let’s not provide anymore evidence to the bhutanese govt.about our uncivilized practices cultivated since 1990 in garganda camps to the camps in Nepal and all the ways to the third countries.Let’s know that the world reads the stuffs on news papers and electronic media.Let us change our mentality for the shake of new generations.Negative thoughts provide foods for disintegration of society and community rather than strengthen democratic values for people like us who wish to practice and preach democracy but without a land and culture of our own.
let allegations be probed and concluded by responsible authorities and not by our personal opinion. Well read and trusted media bank like apfa may need to analyse on pros and cons of comments on this platform.
I appreciate apfa for its mission, vision ana goal.Long live apfa.

Dear everyone,

I read everyone’s comments thoroughly,and will continue to do that. After reading comments, I was really astonished thinking about people’s opinions. How biased are they?Why do you people make such offensive comments if you even don’t know what is the truth? This is not fair, people.Today we are all over the globe, our views are so much divided that there is no way it seems to be integrating. The fact is we believe in what we have heard, without analyzing it, without thinking about it.We don’t think about the outcomes and blindly say something that is so untrue and morally unfair. Our selfishness has crossed the limits. First why don’t you people research what is the truth behind this, why are you so crazy about blaming Mr. Khanal, if you do not about its genuineness.
What has he done to you? Some of you might have individual enmity or don’t like him,but it’s not what you do? Everyone who is writing strongly opposing him are so radical and conservative that I even hate to say you are our Bhutanese friends.

Truth is always bitter, therefore be careful to hide the truth.Yesterday I submitted one comment regarding the Manorath’s corruption that has been brought out but it seems that APFA has not given place to it.Why is it so?

Dear all , it is not a shocking news that has come up about Manorath Khanal versus Phul Maya’s sad condition.I am a bhutanese and have spent 17 plus years in the camp and saw most of such activities carried out by most of the camp secretaries with the backing of the RCUs where raising the voice was very scary as most of the sincere people know it. Regarding this case how Manorath alone can help Hira Shresta to reach up to that stage of resettlement process.Who has included this name in the refugee census slip that is given to the head of the house hold by the govt. of Nepal? Why did UNHCR’s representative keep quite when there was name change case in the census? Why did Phul maya accept the Money? Where was Phul Maya’s son at that time and what is happening to him now? Who gave Hira the lesson about the history that has been asked during the process(IOM and DHS).How did Hira manage to pass through the case work process that is being processed by the IOM? These are some of the questions that the concerned authority and agencies must answer and give justice to the victim.We don’t want any non bhutanese like Hira to be resettled any where in the name of Bhutanese.

And on the other side I ask Manorath Khanal to resign immediately from the post that you have managed to occupy by now.
