Secys' suspension receives negative reaction
Kathmandu, October 11: In response to the suspension of camp secretaries from Central Committee of the Bhutanese Refugee Representative Repatriation Committee (BRRRC), 528 individuals from Beldangi-II has sharply criticized Rizal’s move without a valid reason.
in a press release, the signatories have appealed the media to cover views of all section of the exiled Bhutanese but not only the emotional sentiments of Rizal. They have accused Rizal of running after personal benefits. “We ourselves are able to get relief from this sinful life” the release reads.
The signatories in the release have strongly demanded to dissolution of the BRRRC.
Controversy arose after Rizal suspended six camp secretaries on October 10 accusing them of deviating from objective of reptriation of all exiled Bhutanese and establishment of democracy in Bhutan. Bhutan News Service/ T. P. Mishra
